- DELIVERY / SHIPPING T&C:
- Shipping: Items will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days.
- Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for all bills valued at BD 400 or more. Some items may have free delivery offers on them.
- Receipt from Showroom: Pickup up time within the a minimum of 2 days should be identified. This is free of cost.
- RETURN / EXCHANGE T&C:
- Products purchased from Middle East Traders (MET) may be returned for an exchange or store credit within [7] days from order delivery date. Please be advised that the item(s) must be in their original condition. Contact us on retail2@middleeasttraders.com
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, please do let us know. Please email us on retail2@middleeasttraders.comand attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive your email, expect to hear from us within 24 hours.
